HMT Renewable Energy was established in 2012 to fill the demands of commercial solar and smart energy storage installations.   Our PV installation experience includes canopy, rooftop and ground mount arrays with over 100 megawatts installed between 2014-2017 alone.  Our Energy Storage System (ESS) experience spans from small standalone ESS/PV combined systems, to utility grid-tied ESS systems.  HMT Renewable Energy continues to evolve by staying in tune with the latest renewable energy technologies, trends, rebates, and codes.

HMT’s commercial division provides for both large ground up projects such as parking structures and office buildings and smaller tenant improvement work.   We offer a wide range of services; demolition and safe off services, temporary power, underground services, upgrades to distribution systems, lighting and other building infrastructure in all sectors including lab space renovations, retail, education, medical and hospitality.

Stemming from our work in the high-rise towers, HMT’s building automation and controls division has gone on to become the fastest growing segment of the business by offering pipe, wire & termination services to some of the largest mechanical & DDC providers in the business. From massive robotic machines used to support the manufacturing space to large commercial chillers and small commercial HVAC systems, HMT provides efficient, high quality low voltage installations and retrofits to support all of your building control needs.
